I have more than two decades of experience advising on management-side labour and employment law, in particular, representing federally regulated employers. I regularly represent employers before administrative tribunals such as labour relations boards, boards of arbitration, human rights tribunals, workers’ compensation boards and before Ontario and federal courts. I also provides strategic labour and employment advice to employers in many areas including corporate restructuring, management/union relations, collective bargaining, construction law and privacy rights.
