Course overviewDelegates will gain an understanding of the flow of the recruitment process including utilising social media platforms and developing talent pools. They will learn skills for all stages of the recruiting and interviewing process. They will look at how they are perceived by those seeking jobs and how to make themselves more attractive as an employer, ensuring that they enhance their employer brand. Attention will be given to all aspects of preparing for an interview and there will be a strong focus on what sort of questions they can and should ask in a job interview (as well as questions they cannot legally ask). They will learn how to satisfactorily assess someone’s competency against the role requirements. There is also a focus on the need to establish rapport with candidates and create a positive environment for the interview. Delegates will leave the course with more practical skills that will increase their confidence and ability in this area. |
